“I feel bad for the working man because they’re the ones who are going to suffer. Those are families being ruined. You know … I look at everything as a family. When you go to work you’re not working for yourself, you’re working for your family. That’s why we work: to better ourselves, to better our families. So to know that companies [in Illinois] are closing left and right and they’re moving out because of what the state and the city [are] going through and financially they’re making it so hard that these manufacturers can’t keep their doors open, it saddens me, it really does.

“I’m saddened because it’s not one man losing his job, it’s a family losing their way of life.”
