Jonelle is the Special Projects Manager at the Institute. In this role, she conducts research, writes reports, and makes recommendations on various projects with the objective of advancing the liberty movement.
Prior to joining the Institute, Jonelle graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a B.S. in Economics and a concentration in Business Economics and Public Policy, and a secondary concentration in Legal Studies and Business Ethics. Her interest in public policy began at Penn, where she served as an intern at the Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative and co-founded the Penn Wharton PPI Student Association to engage students in public policy and business topics.
