Chris Coffey is a Policy Intern at the Illinois Policy Institute. He graduated this spring with his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Michigan with minors in Medieval & Early Modern Studies and Public Policy. He spent a semester studying abroad at Pembroke College, Cambridge.
