Illinois is facing a $95 billion pension crisis and the number is getting bigger everyday. But a new reform plan put on the table just last week hopes to calm fears and put an end to bitter fighting over this multi-billion dollar problem. State Rep. Elaine Nekritz and the Illinois Policy Institute's Ted Dabrowski discuss the plan. Watch the video.
