Institute on FOX Chicago: Unions boo Gov. Quinn at state fair

8/15/2012
Gov. Pat Quinn recently joined the chorus of people urging reform for Illinois' woefully underfunded pension system. They booed the governor when he took the stage Wednesday at the Illinois State Fair. Illinois Policy Institute CEO John Tillman offered his commentary on the incident on FOX Chicago.
