Yesterday, the Liberty Justice Center filed its first lawsuit on behalf of Julie Crowe, an entrepreneur who was denied a vehicle-for-hire application after city officials arbitrarily declared the market was too saturated.

Jacob Huebert, attorney at the Liberty Justice Center, was interviewed on The Morning Rush with Robert Rees to discuss why only consumers should decide who succeeds in business.
