1/13/2012

Sen. Christine Radogno, Rep. Tom Cross and John Tillman, CEO of the Illinois Policy Institute, held a press conference on the one year anniversary of Illinois' largest income tax hike. Tillman presented with Radogno and Cross on why the income tax hike failed and why it should be repealed. Tillman's comments during the press conference were largely centered around the Institute's report, "The verdict is in: The tax hike failed - 3 reasons why."

Below, John Tillman issues rebuttal to comments made by Gov. Quinn's spokesperson, Kelly Kraft, who spoke after the press conference.
