By Kristina Rasmussen

Listen in as I speak with Nick Gillespie. He's editor in chief of reason.com and reason.tv, two sites that I visit daily for insightful and irreverent takes on what's happening in the world. Following the House passage of legislation to ban trans fats in Illinois, we spoke about how government is coming between us and our food.

Kristina Rasmussen is the executive vice president of Illinois Policy Institute. She lives in Springfield, Illinois, with her husband and twin daughters.  If you have any thoughts or questions for her, email dailylife@illinoispolicy.org.
